It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel. Bank Holiday deliveries

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Bank Holiday Dispatches

Bank Holiday Mondays - All orders placed before 2pm on the previous Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Fridays - All orders placed before 2pm the previous Thursday will be dispatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Weekends - All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.

When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
