If you are out when the postman comes knocking, don't worry. The delivery service will leave a card which has details of where your parcel can be collected. It is then kept safely with them for 7 days. If not collected during that time period, it will be returned to us. You are advised to take along some proof of identity when collecting your parcel. We retain the tracking code for all orders, your tracking information will be emailed to you directly from the delivery service provider. You can then use this tracking code at the delivery service website to find out where your order is, along route to your home. Bank Holiday deliveries

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Bank Holiday Dispatches

Bank Holiday Mondays - All orders placed before 2pm on the previous Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Fridays - All orders placed before 2pm the previous Thursday will be dispatched the same day.

Bank Holiday Weekends - All orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.

When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
